The Board of Directors has put together a new incentive program to help promote volunteerism within our club. This is a great way to get to know your fellow club members while giving back to the community at the same time.
LVRR will be tracking club members who will earn points for each time they volunteer based on the following criteria:
1 point per race or *qualifying event
Three brackets are based on 2019’s volunteer numbers and a special volunteer gift will be awarded to those **qualifying club members at the conclusion of 2020. The point cycle will begin on January 1 and end December 31 of each year.
Gold Level Volunteer: 10 or more volunteer points earns a unique jacket with club logo
Silver Level Volunteer: 6-9 volunteer points earns a gym bag with club logo
Bronze Level Volunteer: 3-5 volunteer points earns a club membership for the following year
* A qualifying event includes: race expo or clubhouse cleanups
** Club membership must be current through the current year
